When you book a service or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, vehicle details, and service location. When you use the website we may collect basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, to keep the site working and improve it.
We use your information to confirm and deliver your service, to send you inspection reports, parts options, invoices and updates over WhatsApp, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with our own technicians, with payment processors for billing, and where required by law. Old-part returns, parts choices and service records are kept so we can honour our transparency commitments to you.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Vehico provides doorstep vehicle service for scooters, motorbikes and cars in Bengaluru. We inspect first, share parts options at printed MRP, and carry out only the work you approve. Quotes given before inspection are indicative and confirmed after inspection.
By booking, you authorise our technician to inspect your vehicle. No parts are replaced and no chargeable work is done without your approval. Labour and the parts tier you choose are itemised before work begins.
We offer OEM, branded OES and aftermarket tiers at printed MRP. Removed parts are returned to you unless you ask us to dispose of them, and part replacements are recorded on video where applicable. Expected part life varies by tier and is stated upfront, not guaranteed.
Payment is due on completion via the invoice and payment link we send. Prices listed on the website are indicative starting points and vary by vehicle type and the parts you select.
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for pre-existing faults disclosed in the inspection report that you choose not to address.
